This item is a custom "made to order" luxury sheet set: Your fitted sheet will be cut, sewn and finished to a depth according to your mattress thickness. The depth will be sewn to about 2 - 3 inches deeper than the thickness of your mattress. This allows our super strong elastic to grip nice and snug under the entire bottom and corners of your mattress. Please see below the best way to get an accurate measurement of your mattress.

How do I measure my mattress thickness?
To get the correct fitted sheet pocket depth, measure the total height of your mattress from bottom to top.
- Remove your fitted sheet.
- Slide a stiff, straight object (such as a yardstick or ruler) between the mattress and its foundation so it extends beyond the edge of the bed.
- Place a second stiff, straight object on top of the mattress, extending beyond the same edge.
- Measure the distance between the two objects. This is your mattress thickness.
Tip: Before ordering, double-check your mattress's actual width and length to make sure it correlates with our listed specs for that size. A slight variation is fine, as there are thousands of manufacturers and not all mattresses are finished to the exact size measurements of each other.
Will my new sheet set shrink when washed?
Natural cotton will shrink. All cotton sheets are made to shrink to fit. So most sets will experience some shrinkage during the first one or two washes. We test our fabrics for shrinkage before production and account for the expected shrinkage when determining the finished dimensions of the bedding. Because of this, your new bedding may initially fit slightly looser than expected. You may test the fit your product before you place it in for laundering. It should fit well before wash and dry.
Tip: Do not over dry your sheets either by time or heat. This is especially true for a cotton sheet with a sateen weave. Too high of a heat and over drying a sateen material can and may warp the threads causing your sheet to shrink too much.
What are the care instructions for my new custom sheet set?
For all sheet sets, wash in warm water, tumble dry low, remove promptly when dry. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners. Both of these can, and will degrade your sheet set, sometimes causing the material to pill.
