Q: My sheets do not feel super slick upon receiving.
A: Your sheets will get softer and more comfortable the more that you use and wash them. Think of them like your favorite piece of clothing. Like a comfortable t-shirt or old pair of jeans. This is due to the one over one percale weave. It is a more durable weave than sateen. There is also a natural starch sprayed for folding and packing purposes that will wash out.
