Notice Of Policy Change – Restocking Fees Eliminated.

Just a quick announcement. HTFS has eliminated restocking fees for all “new in the package” returns. Our current main suppliers and manufactures still charge us “new in the package” restocking fees for returns but we will not be passing these costs on to our valuable customers any longer.

Charging restocking fees for returns is standard practice for makers & manufacturers of bedding products in general. So why are we choosing to eliminate these fees? The main reason is our customers satisfaction : ) 

We understand that you may have purchased an incorrect size by accident, do not like the feel of the material, do not like the color of a sheet set or simply changed your mind about your purchase. These are all valid return requests in which we will waive restocking fees.

Our Return Policy:

Returns will be accepted for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order providing all items are returned in their original packaging and are unused. Soiled, dirty, used, washed or damaged bedding will not be accepted for a return. An RMA # must 1st be issued before returning any product. To obtain an RMA form, please do so through an RMA request.

At the time of this writing we are still offering free shipping to the lower 48 States. We have been covering true shipping costs on all orders no matter the size for nearly 18 years. (read how that may change in this article)

Return shipping costs are not provided by HTFS unless we mistakenly sent you out an incorrect product.
