It has come to our attention that FAKE CozyFit branded product is being sold and or advertised at www.rptrade.top. Like with all high quality goods and products in the market place CozyFit descriptions and offerings have found their way into the fake and counterfeit marketplace.
The above website is not an authorized reseller of the brand and the product available on this website is definitely not a genuine product. The price is your 1st hint of the item not being legit. The 2nd hint would be the actual domain name and extension. We are not sure what the .top extension is but it is certainly not the norm for legit online retailers. According to one source “nearly half of the registered .top domains are used for abuse like spam, malware and the like.”
We are not sure what type of product you would get if you actually ordered from this website but we can assure you that it is not a CozyFit product. We entered a qty of 1000 queen ecru products and they were allowing us to checkout. The brand is currently SOLD OUT in ecru in the queen size sheet sets and we are not sure when we will be able to produce more as the supply chain has been broken due to Covd-19.

Notice Of Policy Change – Restocking Fees Eliminated.
Just a quick announcement. HTFS has eliminated restocking fees for all “new in the package” returns. Our current main suppliers and manufactures still charge us “new in the package” restocking fees for returns but we will not be passing these costs on to our valuable customers any longer.
Charging restocking fees for returns is standard practice for makers & manufacturers of bedding products in general. So why are we choosing to eliminate these fees? The main reason is our customers satisfaction : )
We understand that you may have purchased an incorrect size by accident, do not like the feel of the material, do not like the color of a sheet set or simply changed your mind about your purchase. These are all valid return requests in which we will waive restocking fees.
Our Return Policy:
Returns will be accepted for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order providing all items are returned in their original packaging and are unused. Soiled, dirty, used, washed or damaged bedding will not be accepted for a return. An RMA # must 1st be issued before returning any product. To obtain an RMA form, please do so through an RMA request.
At the time of this writing we are still offering free shipping to the lower 48 States. We have been covering true shipping costs on all orders no matter the size for nearly 18 years. (read how that may change in this article)

The real reason you have never received spam from “Hard To Find Sheets” Incredible but true: We do not maintain a mailing list!
Believe it or not, we have never managed a mailing list in 17 years of being online. There is not an option to opt-in to any newsletters, mailing lists, product announcements or coupon codes on our website. In an online world where marketing is key – we still believe in word of mouth and customer satisfaction as being our number one marketing tool. If you are happy, we are happy!
No mailing list = respecting our customers:
No (spam) list is the reason you will never see an unsolicited email from us. In fact we limit our emails to you only when absolutely necessary, such as if you send in a question or we have detailed news about your order like tracking information.
Sometimes we get emails from our valuable customers asking why they did not receive an order confirmation from us yet they have received one from PayPal. Because PayPal does send you out a confirmation of your order which serves as a copy of your sales receipt and proof of purchase – we choose not to send you out another email with duplicate information.
PayPal order confirmation emails also include a personal message from us thanking you for your business and relaying our contact information should you need anything at all before your order ships.
Why do we do it this way?
We simply do not like spam ourselves, unsolicited offers or just annoying emails from retailers that simply send us communication for no reason at all other to fill our mail boxes with junk mail. Once we ordered a single item online and received 4 emails before the item even shipped and another 4 emails throughout the course of the order with continuous emails weekly! We do not like this style and prefer not to subject our customers to this type of practice.

Hard To Find Sheets: 300TC Super Low Profile Bed Sheets, are they really made from 100% Cotton?
We were recently made aware of a complaint made against our Super Low Profile bed sheets. The author of the complaint states that our product is not made from cotton but rather some type of synthetic material.
We did post a response on the original forum but would also like to share some of the details of the complaint and the response from us here on our website.
It has been a while since we posted on our blog and we are looking to provide our customers with important and interesting information in regards to our products and services just like we started out in 2007.

After reading the above complaint, we reached out to our long time supplier of more than a decade as mentioned in our response and obtained some information in regards to some recent testing done direct from them (the manufacture) that we would like to share with you:
In the bedding industry there is a fabric test that can be performed to determine whether the material in question is made from 100% cotton. You take some of the threads off of the fabric and light them with a flame. If the fiber ‘curls to a ball’ and basically disintegrates in your hand it is 100% cotton. If the fibers do not disintegrate when lit they may not be all natural and may contain synthetic fibers.
Our supplier placed the 300TC fabric with percale weave that makes up our Super Low Profile bed sheets to the test. When they took the threads and placed them into the flame, the fiber curled to a ball and disintegrated marking it as 100% cotton as advertised.
In no way shape or form do we offer our very important clientele anything less than the best products available. As some of you may know – we literally place all products through our own extensive wash and sleep cycles before we offer them to you. If we feel that the product is not good enough in the way of quality, fit and feel it is simply not carried or offered for sale on our website.

The Top 7 Myths Concerning Bed Sheets
#7 – Sateen is the same as satin – Although the two words sound similar, they definitely are not the same and many people do get them confused.
Sateen is a type of weave made from cotton which places more threads on the surface, thus creating a softer feel (hand). Satin is also a type of weave but it is made up of silks and nylons rather than cotton. A satin weave creates a very slick finished product. Sateen makes for a wonderful bed sheet provided that the cotton quality is good. (See myth #1 below).
#6 – Washing & drying your sheets in high heat is best – Many feel that washing their sheets in hot water and drying them in high heat is best for sanitizing. This is true to a point but you must be careful especially when your sheets are made of 100% cotton. Washing and drying your cotton sheets in high temperatures can lead to shrinking and wrinkling. (See #5). If your sheets are nice and snug now, consistent high temp washing and drying can shrink them to the point where they may no longer fit.
#5 – 100% cotton is wrinkle free – There are different types of cottons, weaves and finishes that can attribute to how much wrinkling you get but 100% cotton sheets are not totally wrinkle free. One of the most important factors is the way you launder your sheets. Recommended wash/dry settings for higher quality bed sheets is wash on medium heat, tumble dry on low. Also, make sure to wash your sheets separately from other items. These simple steps can greatly reduce the wrinkles in your cotton sheets.
#4 – Dual ply is better than single ply – Ahhh, the old “more is better” mentality. To put it simply, less is actually better when it comes to the ply count of your cotton sheets. Dual ply is created by twisting two shorter (usually lower quality) threads together to create one long thread. This twisting together method can create a lesser quality product and possible inflated thread counts. (See #1).
#3 – Split king size is just two regular twins placed together – This is one of the most common myths in the specialty linen market today. Although close in dimensions, a split king size sleep system requires two twin XL fitted sheets not regular twin size. The differences in dimensions are as follows: twin size = 38″ x 75″, twin xl size = 38″ x 80″. Pretty close but as many have found out, not close enough. View our sheet dimension chart.
#2 – The higher the thread count, the softer your sheets – Many factors go into how soft a sheet will become such as the type of weave, quality of cotton, length of the cotton, amount of ply & workmanship. These all play a part in how your sheets feel. Thread count alone does not guarantee a soft, luxurious sheet. This brings us to our #1 myth below.
#1 – Higher thread count always equals better quality – The number one myth and the least understood factor in choosing quality bed sheets is the thread count. Many consumers believe that the higher the thread count number, the better quality the sheet. This is not true and we have a detailed article explaining “The truth about thread count” that will help you understand thread count and it’s relation to the quality of a bed sheet.
