Q: How can I be sure it is safe
to purchase from your site?

Q: Does that mean that I need to
sign up with PayPal or have an account with them in order to purchase from
your site?
A: Absolutely not. You do not
have to be a member nor do you have to sign up for any service in order to purchase
from our website. You may purchase any item on our site using the PayPal
credit card/debit card/e-check service with a very simple one step
checkout process. Our checkout is one of the quickest in the industry.
No more jumping through hoops or multi-page checkouts! We know you are
busy and anything we can do to help save you time, we will.
Q: Do you accept other forms of
payment?
A: We also accept Money Orders
and Cashier's Checks. We do not accept personal checks at the moment. If
you would like to use either of these methods, please email a
request for payment
other than PayPal and a sales rep will get back with you to walk you through
the process.
Q: How fast will I receive my
merchandise?
A: Depending on which item(s)
purchased, you may receive your order anywhere between 2 days and 2 weeks.
Many smaller items ship the same day or the next working day and usually
arrive within 2 - 4 days. There is a "usually Ships In XX Days" at the top
of each product page that will give you a better idea as to when to
expect your order to ship. We also send out an order confirmation after
checkout as well as a shipment notification with tracking reference once
your order ships.
Q: Do you have a return
policy?
A: Yes, we stand by each and
every one of our products. We pride ourselves in carrying only the best
in name branded merchandise and we do offer a full money back less shipping
guarantee on all eligible purchases.
Returns will be accepted for any reason within 14 days of receiving your
order providing all items are returned in their original packaging and
are unused. Soiled, dirty, used, washed or damaged bedding will not be
accepted for a return. There is a 15% restocking fee for each return
issued. An RMA # must
1st be issued before returning any product. To obtain an RMA form,
please do so through an
RMA request.
Q: What if I need more
information on a certain product or have a questions about that product?
A: You may email us any time
concerning questions about any one of our products. We will have a
customer service rep try and return your email within a 12 hour period. Most of the
time, much sooner.
